Gray Mesa T-Shirts

Gray Mesa T-Shirts is located in the heart of Tucumcari, New Mexico and on Historic Route 66. Opening our doors in March 1984 as a small transfer t-shirt shop. Over the years we have expanded and so have our capabilities.

 

After the first year we realized we needed to add screen printing capabilities so we added a single color one station printer. This worked OK until we entered into the southwest design shirt market and needed to print multi color prints. We adding 4 color printing. Then as business picked up we added six color capacity.

During the years up to 1997, we continued to expand our capabilities by adding full color sublimation and a 4 color one station cap printer.

In 1998, as business continued to improve, and embroidery was becoming an item being requested by our customers, we added a 9 color single head Brother embroidery machine. In 1999 we added a Vinyl Express Cad Cutter. This allowed us the ability to cut vinyl lettering and expand in to banners and the small sign market.

Then in 2001 because of the growing demand for embroidery we added our latest addition of our capabilities. A 12 color, 4 head SWF embroidery machine. Able to do 4 items at one time and decreasing the turn around time.

Where we go from here we are not for sure, but it has been an exciting trip to this point.
